1. Information We Collect
When you sign in via Mobile OTP or Email, shortlist properties, express interest, or submit a property mandate on Auction Boost, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, and your enquiry or property preferences.
2. How Buyer & Seller Data Is Protected
Buyer enquiries are routed exclusively to our internal "Interest Catchup" CRM and are never sold to third-party telemarketing aggregators. Property owner submissions (`seller_submissions`) and confidential project details (`admin_private_details`) — including owner identity, phone number, exact street address, survey/plot numbers, and GPS coordinates — are strictly restricted to authenticated Auction Boost administrators.
3. Security & Authentication
Passwords and one-time passcodes (OTPs) are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing (`bcrypt`) and are never logged or stored in plain text in the database.
4. Data Access & Deletion Requests
You may update your profile details anytime from your Account Settings or request erasure of your account by writing to concierge@auctionboost.in.
