1. Advisory Scope & Indicative Pricing

All project specifications, area ranges, and price ranges displayed on Auction Boost are indicative and subject to revision by the respective developer, landowner, or auctioning bank without prior notice.

2. Location Masking & Non-Circumvention

To protect landowner privacy, exact plot numbers, survey coordinates, and owner contact details are masked across public and buyer portals. By requesting a private site visit or project dossier through Auction Boost, you agree not to circumvent the agency mandate or solicit landowners directly.

3. Seller / Owner Representations

Property owners submitting details through our List Your Property desk confirm that they are the lawful owner or authorised mandate holder of the asset and authorize an Auction Boost advisor to contact them for verification.
