Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 & SARFAESI Act Disclosures

1. RERA Registration Particulars

Where a project falls within the ambit of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the respective State RERA registration number provided by the promoter/developer is displayed on the individual project page. Buyers are advised to independently verify all project filings on the relevant State RERA portal prior to executing an Agreement of Sale.

2. Secondary Resale, Standalone Plots & Acreage

Individual secondary resale homes, standalone family plots, and agricultural/farm land parcels that do not require RERA project registration are marked accordingly and are subject to independent revenue-record and 30-year link-document due diligence.

3. Bank Auction Assets (“As Is Where Is”)

Bank auction properties under the SARFAESI Act, DRT, or IBC are sold by secured creditors on an "As Is Where Is, As Is What Is, and Whatever There Is" basis. Prospective bidders are strongly advised to engage Auction Boost's legal diligence practice prior to depositing Earnest Money (EMD).
